Most of our handcrafted pieces are made to order. Standard lead times typically range from 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current production schedule.

Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
How do I care for my natural stone or marble pieces?
We recommend using a soft, damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid acidic cleaners or abrasive chemicals, and always use coasters or placemats to prevent staining and etching on natural surfaces.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on smaller decor items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom furniture and large-scale stone pieces are final sale.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is core to En Gold. We work closely with artisans to ensure all timber, stone, and rattan are ethically sourced and harvested in compliance with local environmental regulations.
