At En Gold, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our stone and timber furniture; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for most items in original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for the specialized transport of your piece.

• 3.
  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the item is secured in its original packaging; for large furniture items, our white-glove logistics partner will coordinate a suitable time for professional collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in pristine condition, your refund or store credit will be processed minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
